Procedure

  1. In the "Deposit funds" section of myAlpari under "Transfer funds", select "Online banking" and fill out the form.
  2. You'll be redirected to the processing centre's webpage. Select your bank and click "Pay".
  3. Authorise the billing request using your online banking login details.
  4. Complete the payment to your account. After the payment has been successfully completed, the funds will be credited to your account.

Important information

  • You may only deposit funds to a bank account in your name. Funds from a third party will not be accepted.
  • Minimum amount per transfer: 10 MYR / 50,000 IDR / 100 THB / 60,000 VND.
  • Maximum amount per transfer: 50,000 MYR / 100,000,000 IDR / 500,000 THB / 300,000,000 VND.
  • The maximum amount for deposits via Maybank is 10,000 MYR.
  • Any transfers that exceed these amounts will be declined.

Processing time

In general, funds are credited to the client's account instantly, but no more than 1 (one) working day after the funds have been credited to the company's account.

Procedure

  1. In the "Withdraw funds" section of myAlpari under "Transfer funds", select "Online banking" and fill out the form.
  2. Enter you bank account's IBAN and select your bank's name from the list.
  3. A confirmation code will be sent to the telephone number listed by you in myAlpari. To continue with the operation, enter the confirmation code into the field shown and click "Transfer funds".

Important information

  • You may only withdraw funds to a bank account in your name. Funds transfers to third party accounts will not be processed.
  • Minimum amount per transfer: 500 THB / 50 MYR / 200,000 IDR / 300,000  VND.
  • Maximum amount per transfer : 500,000 THB / 50,000 MYR / 100,000,000 IDR / 300,000,000 VND.
  • The maximum amount for withdrawals via Maybank is 10,000 MYR.
  • Any transfers that exceed these amounts will be declined.

Processing time

Funds are transferred to the client's account within 1-2 working days of the request being confirmed.
