Deposits and withdrawals via PerfectMoney


  1. In the “Deposits and withdrawals” section of myAlpari, select the Perfect Money payment method along with the account you want to top up and fill out the form.
  2. You’ll then be redirected to www.perfectmoney.is in order to select your payment method.
  3. Choose to pay from your Perfect Money account, sign in to your wallet to carry out the payment of the specified amount, and follow the instructions.

Important information

When transferring funds, please take the following into account:

  • The Perfect Money system charges 1.99% commission for transfers from unconfirmed accounts.
  • All funds transfers made in a currency that differ from your account currency will be automatically converted, which may incur additional commission charges.
  • Transfers from 3rd parties are not accepted. Rejected funds are returned to the sender.
  • The company may request clients at any time to provide a screenshot from their Perfect Money wallet to confirm a deposit.


  1. Log in to your myAlpari account, select "Withdraw funds" which can be found on the side menu under “Transfer Funds.”
  2. In “Online Payment System” section, click the “PerfectMoney” button to request a withdrawal.
  3. Follow the instructions on the form, complete the Fund Withdrawal form with the requested details and confirm the withdrawal.
  4. You will then receive a 4-digit payment password via SMS or at the email address that’s associated with your myAlpari account. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox. Enter this password in the required field on the withdrawal confirmation page, and click "Submit".
  5. You can now track the progress of your transfer through your myAlpari account. On the side menu in the “Transfer funds” drop-down menu, click on “Fund Transfer history.” You can track all deposits and withdrawals that are still pending completion.
  6. As long as the status of your withdrawal appears as "Processing" in this section, it means that your request has been accepted and is pending completion. When the status changes to "Funds sent" (usually within 1 business day of your initial request) it means that the funds have been sent to your PerfectMoney account.

Important information

  • Payments to third parties are not accepted. The name of the Receiver must match the name registered with myAlpari.
  • The minimum amount per transaction is 1 EUR or USD.
  • If you wish to withdraw your initial deposit, you have to use the same source of funds from which you originally deposited.
