Deposits and withdrawals with China UnionPay

Required documents

You will need to provide our payments department with a scanned copy or photo of your passport.


Procedure

  1. In the "Transfer funds" section of myAlpari, select the option to make a deposit with your bank card using "China UnionPay", and complete the form.
  2. You will be directed to the page of our processing center to supply your details and make the payment.
  3. Confirm the payment by following the bank’s instructions.
  4. Go to your "Funds transfer history" in myAlpari to check the status of your payment. If you see the status "Processing", it means that your request has been accepted. After you see the status "Successful", log in to your trading platform to confirm that the funds have been posted to your account.
  5. If the funds haven't been transferred to your myAlpari account, you need to upload your payment confirmation slip in the "Upload documents" section of myAlpari (as described in this manual).

Important information

When transferring funds between accounts, please keep the following in mind:

  • Transfers from third parties are not accepted. Funds that are not accepted are returned to the sender.
  • The minimum transfer amount is 100 CNY, while the maximum amount is not fixed.

Procedure

  1. Log in to myAlpari and go to the "Transfer funds" – "Withdraw funds" section and choose "China UnionPay", the account from which you will be making a withdrawal and the currency. Then complete the form.
  2. A four-digit confirmation code will be sent to the mobile phone number specified in the "My account" section of myAlpari. Enter it into the field to continue and click "Transfer funds".
  3. In the "Funds transfer history" section you can check the status of your transfer. Once you see the status "Funds sent", check to make sure the funds have been transferred to your card.

Important information

When transferring funds between accounts, please keep the following in mind:

  • Transfers will be sent in CNY. Exchange rates are in myAlpari.
  • Alpari reserves the right to request a client's proof of identity when they submit a request to withdraw funds to a China Union Pay card (see clause 1.5 of the Regulations on Non-Trading Operations).
  • Minimum amount per transfer: 100 CNY.
  • Maximum amount per transfer: 49,000 CNY.
